I have been coming to this barbers for years and also bring my two boys with me. The service is, and always has been, first class. You're always made to feel so welcome from the moment you walk through the doors to the moment you leave. All of the hairdressers are incredibly friendly and deliver an excellent service. Recently, some appointments have had to be changed owing to staff putting holidays in etc, but I have been given a minimum of 4 weeks notice meaning I have plenty of time to switch things around - in my view, that shows a touch of class. It was my first time in the City, and I was presently surprised by the warm ora of the locals, which reflected when I got my hair cut today. I get my hair cut a lot, often in different places in the EU. Today the boys at The Keep were really easy to talk to, there was no awkwardness and they were polite and welcoming. The barber who cut my hair had time to listen out to my; maybe sometimes picky needs, but it’s my hair I love it! He took the time to listen to me, and consider what I wanted. Read moreI booked a student maintenance haircut, as on booksy it clearly stated that if aged 13-18 to book this haircut. I then arrived and was asked what haircut i’m getting, I said a mullet, to which they replied that I needed to book the mullet haircut as I was getting the back of my hair trimmed. This is extremely confusing and contradicts what the booking app told me. After, they said this is because they wouldn't have enough time to cut my hair. Even if I booked the mullet haircut it would have been a 30 minute time slot either way. This is a shame as I have usually had no problem with your business. Unprofessional...
