Read moreMy kids been here a few times before and enjoyed the sessions only this time traveled from the other side of durham to get there as my daughter really wanted to go again the lass behind the counter said she was having g trouble with her iPad and asked me to scan the leaflet and book online only to get to the payment part and the system doesn’t give you options for Apple Pay or phone pay and unfortunately i havent carried my wallet since well before Covid as everything’s now mostly on our mobile phones I explained this to the staff and explained that in the i line registration it had held the placing for 9 minutes to pay so I simply asked if I could swipe my phone at the counter I understand it wasn’t the lasses fault she was having problems with her iPad but for me they either should have had a wired Wi-Fi point to garentee a connection or some other plan for when things brake down my daughter was gutted time wasted fuel wasted and been told it is what it is pretty much summed up...
Read moreStaff were friendly however management were very abrupt and unhelpful , paid £15 for my daughter to climb only to find out once the training video started for an extra £5 you could have done clip climb , soft play , and golf for that . We raised our concerns with management , and asked could we pay the extra to do all of the above , only to be told no , with no explanation . Even asked for refund , then we would pay the £20 to do all the above , answer again no . No leaflets or posters or even the check in Desk could have made us aware of this , no advertisement at all . Quick to take money , then customer service went down hill from there .
