I just ordered 2 x Mango Fruit Tea via Uber Eats and they've sent me a concoction of Mango mixed with Milk... Now I'm trying to call the restaurant and no one's answering. Go figure.
EDIT: If you think this is a scalding review then I dread when you really do get one. You can't be happy whenever you get a positive review and then get all defensive when you don't. That's not how small businesses work. How will you improve if you don't get any bad feedback at all?
EDIT 2: What you choose to imply is up to you. I had already posted this before you eventually answered the phone after my 4th attempt trying to get in touch. I was going to delete my review until I saw your defensive and patronising reply hence why I chose to leave it there. If you can't handle negative reviews and choose to respond rudely to your customers then maybe you shouldn't be in business! If you want to protect your rep and business at least know how to respond to customer feedback professionally.

I love that you had to scroll through my profile to find a 1 ⭐ review which goes to show I barely leave a lot of them if any. I may have left a negative review and it might deter one or two customers but how you, the owner, respond to your customers feedback is what will have the bigger impact. Read moreWhen entering BBTea, my colleague and I were extremely excited to see a new bubble tea shop which had gyozas available as this is something Bedford was lacking, I understand now why it was lacking the shop as the staff in particular the owner ‘kat’ was extremely rude. My colleague simply asked a question why the staff were not wearing gloves when handling food and drink during a global pandemic, as concerned customer. Her question was quickly shut down with an aggressive response which informed her staff regularly washed their hands, my colleague pointed out that she had done a few jobs before passing us our straws (including cleaning sides with a cloth and serve other customers) without washing her hands. Kat then gave my colleague an extremely dirty look before turning her head and to what we believe rolling her eyes to another staff member, before rudely telling my colleague ‘feel free to never return’ My colleague who is part of the BAME community only raised her concern due to the percentage of Covid cases are within the BAME community. I hope Kat takes time to refresh her knowledge on customer service, the customer is always right even if you don’t believe it to be that way. As a nut allergy sufferer, I asked the server if any of their products had nuts in and they said no straight away. Just after that I looked up at the screen with their products and saw I thjnj it was a snickers type sauce. They have nuts in…I then asked if they have an allergen booklet to so if there was any other things that conciseness nuts. The servers reply was no. I felt uneasy with finding out all of this information and I said I think I’ll leave it. The server then rolled their eyes as I left. Not very impressed by the server as firstly they gave out false information and then continued to be rude about the situation.
