I just ordered 2 x Mango Fruit Tea via Uber Eats and they've sent me a concoction of Mango mixed with Milk... Now I'm trying to call the restaurant and no one's answering. Go figure.

EDIT: If you think this is a scalding review then I dread when you really do get one. You can't be happy whenever you get a positive review and then get all defensive when you don't. That's not how small businesses work. How will you improve if you don't get any bad feedback at all?

EDIT 2: What you choose to imply is up to you. I had already posted this before you eventually answered the phone after my 4th attempt trying to get in touch. I was going to delete my review until I saw your defensive and patronising reply hence why I chose to leave it there. If you can't handle negative reviews and choose to respond rudely to your customers then maybe you shouldn't be in business! If you want to protect your rep and business at least know how to respond to customer feedback professionally.

I love that you had to scroll through my profile to find a 1 ⭐ review which goes to show I barely leave a lot of them if any. When entering BBTea, my colleague and I were extremely excited to see a new bubble tea shop which had gyozas available as this is something Bedford was lacking, I understand now why it was lacking the shop as the staff in particular the owner ā€˜kat’ was extremely rude. My colleague simply asked a question why the staff were not wearing gloves when handling food and drink during a global pandemic, as concerned customer. Her question was quickly shut down with an aggressive response which informed her staff regularly washed their hands, my colleague pointed out that she had done a few jobs before passing us our straws (including cleaning sides with a cloth and serve other customers) without washing her hands. Kat then gave my colleague an extremely dirty look before turning her head and to what we believe rolling her eyes to another staff member, before rudely telling my colleague ā€˜feel free to never return’ My colleague who is part of the BAME community only raised her concern due to the percentage of Covid cases are within the BAME community. I hope Kat takes time to refresh her knowledge on customer service, the customer is always right even if you don’t believe it to be that way. Your negative attitude shouldn’t be in front of many customers. What could of been a brilliant establishment has now been tainted by Kat. Check her previous responses to 1 star reviews where she is calling people liars... is this really someone who runs a business or someone struggling with a...

Went into the store for the first time as I never really knew what bubble tea actually was. As a nut allergy sufferer, I asked the server if any of their products had nuts in and they said no straight away. Just after that I looked up at the screen with their products and saw I thjnj it was a snickers type sauce. They have nuts in…I then asked if they have an allergen booklet to so if there was any other things that conciseness nuts. The servers reply was no. I felt uneasy with finding out all of this information and I said I think I’ll leave it. The server then rolled their eyes as I left. Not very impressed by the server as firstly they gave out false information and then continued to be rude about the situation. Allergies are a serious thing, so every server should be trained etc. Now I’m sure the rest of the staff are great and the bubble tea is good, but the server could have given me an allergic reaction if I trusted them and was rude which is the reasoning...

Absolutely disgusting! If I could I would give 0 stars. We ordered 9 drinks in total via just eat from this place. One of the drinks had hair in it. We rang the place and they told us it was 'impossible' that it would be their hair in it even though we had explained that the plastic seal has not be pierced through so it had to them. They refused to replace the drink nor would they issue us a refund as it was placed via just eat which is understandable. But an apology would've been sufficient enough rather than telling us it was 'impossible'. Rather than apologising for their mistake, they tried to turn it around on us. We decided to order again to replace the drink and pay for delivery again. They provided a free drink after we told them we'd be raising it with just eat. Its such a shame because I've been to this place few times before and staff are normally friendly.

The atmosphere was so bright and wonderful, the products were beautifully presented and very clean. The service was fast and the staff were polite and communicative. The little extras that the had for sale were so fantastic and cute! I can't wait to see it grow and visit it all the time! I would say that it would be brilliant to have some extra sweets and treats. Thank you!!

The atmosphere was so bright and wonderful, the products were beautifully presented and very clean. The service was fast and the staff were polite and communicative. The little extras that the had for sale were so fantastic and cute! I can't wait to see it grow and visit it all the time! I would say that it would be brilliant to have some extra sweets and treats.
