Gun Battery — Attraction in Great Britain

Whitby is a beautiful small fishing seaport and these pier are beautiful to look at from all angles. We were there on a calm and warm day with a flat calm sea. It is easy to imagine though the waves crashing around these stone structures in a wild storm, and evidence of wear and tear on the stone, steel and woodwork.
