A Mind-Bending Adventure at Abducted! π
βββββ (5/5) π
We recently had the chance to experience the "Abducted" escape room, and I must say, it was an absolute thrill from start to finish! π₯ The attention to detail in the room's design and the intricately woven storyline truly immersed us in the experience. π
The puzzles were challenging yet solvable, requiring both creative thinking and teamwork. 𧩠The room's ambiance, complete with dim lighting and eerie sound effects, added an extra layer of excitement. π―οΈ It was easy to get lost in the world they created, making the hour fly by in what felt like minutes. β³
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing just the right amount of hints to keep us moving forward without giving too much away. πββοΈ The immersive nature of "Abducted" truly sets it apart from other escape rooms I've tried. π
Without giving too much away, I can confidently say that the climax of the room was an unexpected twist that left us all in awe. π± The satisfaction of solving the final puzzle and "foiling the plans" was an unparalleled feeling of accomplishment. π
If you're a fan of escape rooms and want to try something that takes the experience to the next level, I highly recommend "Abducted." π Whether you're a seasoned escape room enthusiast or a newbie looking for a unique adventure, this room will not disappoint. π Can't wait to see what other experiences they...

We were rubbish π but got better as we went along as we started to get a better sense of how these experiences work/"get a feel for it." We had agreat time π, although we didn't manage to get out within the allotted time. The staff stepped in with hints when we were struggling at just the right time,. Not too early but not too late. This meant we experienced some frustration which is part of the experience and to be expected, otherwise if everything is easy what would be the point. They didn't let us get to the point where we would have started to get irritated or fed up though. You can also ask for hints if you need them and we perhaps should have at various points, otherwise if the staff hadn't helped with hints we would not have progressed quickly enough to experience the challenges in the other rooms of this game. The set design was brilliant. A WW11 setting created in such a way that gave a real sense of atmosphere. A very cleverly designed series of challenges that really gave our brains a workout. We will definately be back as it was really good and we love...

We've been to so many escape rooms all around the country, we love them.
We did our first one in Shrewsbury today and we're not sure we'll be back.
In every other escape room we've done, we've never had hints given to us so frequently when we haven't asked for them. The sense of achievement wasn't there. Also, being told minutes into it to not pull something up yet and put it back because it was for later killed the mood a bit. And also being told to pull hard on a lock because it's stiff - surely if you know it's stiff, buy a new lock? So it doesn't ruin the atmosphere of the game. And perhaps find a new way of concealing the surprise that was for later instead of telling us leave it alone for now.
Like I said, it was fun still. It would of been better the faults weren't there and if we could have the frustration of trying to figure things out and asking for a clue when needed instead of...
