Teamworks Karting York — Attraction in Great Britain

The karts were great, and the staff were great - however I am seriously concerned about the level of petrol fumes contained within this confined space which has low ceilings and extractor fans mounted at the incorrect heights. Teamworks - you really need to understand that high and low level (floor level) ventilation controlled via automatic sensors is urgently required in such venue - this is vital when there could be several petrol emitting combustion engines emitting harmful fumes simultaneously in a confined space. I would seriously question what cross ventilation design has been used whilst constructing this venue. During my karting experience, I had to stop and leave the race as I became extremely nauseous - I am concerned that people’s children are exposed to harmful and potentially fatal fumes at this venue. When I read these reviews - other people have experienced the same issues - so this is concerning that nothing has been done about this as individuals are being exposed to...

After visiting several times and good experiences, tonight,my Husband and 14 yr old family friend booked to ride .The 14 yr old was on 5 minutes in which time he was crashed into twice ,on the corner where they were instructed to slow down ,same person ,driving erratically and unsafe ,he felt unsafe and scared and removed himself from the track .I spoke to the member of staff explained it wasn't acceptable, absolutely no response ,luckily no one was hurt ,but a really bad experience, my husband also was crashed into more than once by same driver ,I know you carnt vet people going on ,but you are responsible for safety and fairness. £32.50 for such a short time is outrageous.

Best fun I have had in a while For a first time on the track and never drove a gocart before. Amazing what a blast we had . 10 of us from work as it is a small track . Thy split us in to 2 groups for qualifying. And 2 groups for main race the slower (whitch I was in ) and then faster guys . The carts drive nice. Heavy on steering but that might be right as i haven't drove one before. At the end the winner had a lap ov honor with the flag .and get to stand in 1st on podium with a trophy and fizz ( you can take home . Not to be opened in or on podium but can out side) The only down side is the size of the track but i loved every second. To all the guys...
