Caffè Nero — Restaurant in England

Please please sort this cafe out. I come here after work often as it’s one of the only places still open and I don’t know if this is why my coffees are always bad (being closing time soon) but I do notice there are often trainees working here. Which is fine but coffees are very expensive and should be made properly… I have a signature drink that I always get at cafe neros but here it always tastes meh. I’ve lately been getting iced coffees and they always seem to be made lazily. Absolutely appalling. I called in to get a hot chocolate with my daughter and was “greeted” with a grunt by the boy on the till and served 2 hot chocolates and a chocolate cake. The hot chocolate was lukewarm and the cake was very stale. I stood ignored in the queue for a few of a few minutes with a restless toddler before making my way to the front to ask if I could change the cake. I was offered the same dry cake again so I asked if I could swap for a chocolate muffin. Mixed.On a click and collect I was told there was no coffee to collect and that I didn't understand the app? A team lead then called me back saying that they had the order after all. I complained that I had been patronised by a junior member of the staff but the team lead gave me the drinks and ignored my complaint.
