Having first started with her pregnancy yoga classes and then postpartum/beginner's yoga thereafter, I have thoroughly enjoyed the healing benefits of Lisa's calm and logical approach to practising yoga. She gives you five star personal instruction, taking into account any physical problems you may have. I always sleep better and feel better...
