VAYU Yoga, Pilates, Reformer Studio — Attraction in Guildford

I recently completed the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, and it has been an incredible journey. I originally joined to deepen my yoga knowledge and hopefully begin teaching, and the course has absolutely delivered. It opened up so many areas of learning and understanding that I hadn’t explored before.

Lucy’s depth of knowledge is truly inspiring, and the way she shares it with patience, kindness, and warmth makes all the difference. The studio itself is beautiful, calm, clean and filled with natural light which makes it the perfect setting, but what really makes the course so special is Lucy. Her energy, compassion, and genuine heart creates such a welcoming environment.

Vayu is a wonderful studio in the centre of Guildford. Lucy the owner is a wonderful and warm teacher and has built a beautiful space and community. I’ve attended many classes over the years but Vayu is by far the loveliest space I’ve practiced at. All the instructors bring something different and the variety of classes keeps things fresh. It’s my happy place where I can come to practice, re-centre and build strength. I’ve come every week for over a year and my practice has really improved.
