This is absolutely lovely. The best use is made of the smallish site to provide a diversity of areas. Despite the wide variety of plants, the planting has a colour theme (white/purple when I visited) which avoids it seeming too busy. This place is clearly loved by it's keepers, and I did too. I arrived soon after it opened at 10, and by 10.30 it was getting busy and seats were filling up. Just a suggestion, it would be good to have the opening times displayed on the gate. Lovely, idyllic, quaint little garden tucked out of the way within The Lawn complex Lincoln. I've been coming here since I was a child (~30 years) and even in its heyday back in the 90s it's never looked as good as it does now! Big effort from the community has turned around a once neglected public garden into something Lincolnites can now be proud of. You've done such a great job, thank you so so much for all your hard work. I now bring my children here who are now a similar age to when I...

Now the pond has been restored and new paths layed it's a much nicer place to wander through. Update, the community volunteers have been working hard in the garden with a lot of planting, tidying and adding art work, it's now a pleasure to walk through or sit and relax. September 2023, the trustees have secured a grant to put a proper fence around the pond, more pathway renovation...
