Sefton Park Lake — Attraction in Liverpool

Lovely Park,one of the biggest and busiest in Liverpool. Nice cafe in the middle of the Park, sometimes there is music played there. Plenty of wooded areas,loads of room to walk the dog. Not a good idea to let dogs off the lead in the Park as there are lots of dog walkers there. The Palm house is worth a visit,with beautiful plants and palms. The Palm house is not dog friendly. Really enjoyed our stroll around the lake and park. The autumn leaves had begun to fall and the boys enjoyed playing in and around the trees. Loads of room for walkers, runners and cyclists. We didn’t stop this time but we saw a ice cream parlour, coffee shop and park. They even had a little tent set up to help with cycle repairs. Thought this was a great idea and really lent itself to make it a family friendly...

Beautiful park stunning views all round, all year round. Kingfishers been seen here and turtles in the water. Daffodils forever in the Spring. I adore this place and have wonderful forever memories of this lake. I hope you enjoy too. Great for buggy rides and bikes, with a cafe at the far end. Family place...
