Solid pub, had a great afternoon there with friends watching the rugby. Cold beer, superb staff, great atmosphere... its a winning formula!! Ales on tap were good, as were the Lagers, couldn't fault them. Would drink again, 5 Stars. Stopped in the next day for a recovery Sunday roast lunch, with lots of gravy.. result!!

Could have been a good bar to come to. Brought out a drink put it on the table and due to the table not being level it fell over. Apparently it was my fault for choosing to sit on this table even though it's owned by them. Rude staff, not great customer service and unfortunately won't be returning.

This was a nice pub..we did have our 9 yr old boy with us (I was not drinking) and he was sat in a corner on my phone...but we got asked to leave after 9pm. We were there visiting family so all had to leave.

Nice place and nice staff, but like many places there is a very limited choice of ciders, and no, I don't want fruit ciders, just apple. A choice of more than one would be nice.
