Firstly, I’d like to say a massive thank you for playzone fitting us in, in such a short notice. We had a birthday party booked for my daughters 5th birthday and the other place messed up three days before the party. Luckily playzone sorted us out and gave us the biggest party room. We were a big group- about 18 kids plus adults. Thank you so much. Our host was a young man. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. He was really looking after us, checking all the time if everything is okay, if we need a top up of drinks. Made us feel really welcomed. One meal was missing, after I told him within 2mins it was all sorted. We did stay a few minutes longer than our time was (because babies took a longer time to get ready) and we didn’t feel being rushed to get out. It was super busy there but playzone staff dealt with it great. All the kids and parents( grandparents) really enjoyed....
Read morePlayzone is a great place to take your children. We have been several times and my toddler has enjoyed every time. The toddler’s area is well designed and some bits are a good challenge for little ones.
Recently, we tried the older children’s section as my toddler was getting bored. He enjoyed it but as a grown up I found it difficult to follow him round. Fortunately, we were there when there was barely anyone at Playzone.
Some of the areas are not well padded, such as the stairs to certain sections and I feel it the whole facility could do with a good clean.
We have never tried the food or drink or had to use the toilets so I cannot give any comments on these facilities.
Playzone is easy to book into online and on busier days I should imagine it is wise to pre-book.
I do recommend Playzone for those rainy days when you’re stuck for something to do...
Read moreWent to playzone today with my 22 month old toddler . The area for under 4's I found quite dangerous . There are 2 red hard climbing things at the back which my toddler climbed over. Once you go over one you have to climb again to get out. So the 2 times he landed on his head and hurt his neck and to get in there fast through the netting is not easy. Plus when they go up the top to get to the slide there is a corner with what I can only say are big holes to fall through which maybe ok for bigger children but not for toddlers. Then along the inside my toddler found an extension lead which was plugged in and the lead was accessible for small hand to reach through the netting. He had the lead in his hand . A man close by with his toddler grabbed it from my nearly 2 yr old toddler. Can honestly say this is my first...
