Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Just done a very long drive from Preston ,so I felt a bit peckish pulled in, but there was a woman just sitting in her car by the entrance, I gave a peep and she reversed ,as I pulled up by the drive through she approached my car shouting at me saying what was my problem I explained she was blocking the entrance and lots of things were said she was very aggressive and walked into the shop, I was quite flustered by this and on approaching the window to order my food I told the staff what had happened,the girl replied saying she was complaining about me and not to serve me , I told them she approached my car but I heard them laughing, this really annoyed me I drove through without ordering anything, they didn't deserve my money haven't...

Great little Gregg's which does the usual pasty shop fair. However, doesn't normally have the wedges and hot chicken strips, it's mostly pasties and sandwiches with a small sweets counter. Rarely do they run out of specific pasties but after lunch there can be less choice. Lunch time it can get very busy, so would recommend going before 1230 or after 1330 if you need to grab something. A side note, there is no crossing nearby and it is incredibly difficult to crossover the main road due to volume of traffic, it is safer and easier to walk down the road...

If it wasn’t for Jenny this Greggs would not run efficiently brilliant staff member and is always on the move and is the most polite also my app gets credited when I scan when served by her but not by others as I’ve emailed the company about this also sirtain staff can see you waiting but carry on doing what they are doing and blatantly ignore you till they finish what they are doing which is bad customer service not the best Greggs in...
