I had the pleasure of visiting the Temple Fortune branch of Boots today (30-01-25). I was welcomed into the store by a young lady who introduced herself as Nikita. She had a warm smile on her face and she asked how she could helped me. She directed me to the part of the shop where I found exactly what I was looking for. I asked why I had not seen her there before - she told she was only working there this week as part of her university work experience. An absolute pleasure to deal with such a friendly, professional and individual. I wish her the best of luck and hope she continues to help people in the same manner she helped me...

Today I was served by a very rude and disrespectful pharmacist, without looking at me, she asked for my date of birth, I informed her my date of birth, she made me repeat this for 4 times! And without looking at me, she kept on saying, I can’t hear you, I can hear you, I can’t you! Was made to wait for a simple prescription and told I have to wait twenty minutes in the queue there was one person in front of me, an influx of people came in, and they were served before me.
