Brent South Shopping Park — Attraction in London

Please be careful regarding parking. Apparently there are signs to say maximum time for parking is 3hours. I don't remember seeing one. My family and I visited and we ended up spending 3hours and 20 minutes. We got a parking fine in the post £100 (£60 discounted if paid in 2 weeks). We bought sofas from DFS and carpets from Tapi which would naturally mean we would take long considering how expensive both of these can be. We then went into some of the other stores. In my opinion Brent South Shopping Park is poorly designed. At peak times it is near impossible to get in or out of the car park, congestion and delay being a certainty. There is a 3 hour parking limit which is easy to miss with the miniature sign advising of this on the way in. The restriction is also not clearly displayed enough in the middle parking lanes and is again easy to miss dependent on where you park. If you can avoid this part of the Brent Cross complex would highly recommend...

Went to visit Costa Coffee - catching up with an ex-colleague and friend not seen since before the pandemic. Generous 3 hour parking available in huge car park - plenty of parking spaces too! More than enough time for leisurely shopping at the complex or drinking coffee al fresco at Costa Coffee - t’was a nice day out.
