Bubble CiTea Brent Cross — Restaurant in London

Staff were friendly, good service but unfortunately the product which is what we are there for was not up to standard.

Ordered a “hot” brown sugar milk tea, with 50% sugar and tapioca. It was farrr too sweet and it was cold, even before it was opened we could tell it was cold as you would feel a bit of heat on the cup it was served in and told the person who served us, he replied that’s the hottest that they do it, no exaggeration it was literally COLD

The second order was a Kiwi bubble tea, hands down the worst fruit bubble tea I’ve had compared to all the other bubble tea subsidiaries Ive been to. It literally tasted like water, I even asked the person who served us at the till before I ordered it and she recommended it saying it was quite sweet too. It had no flavour at all, just coloured water with ice.

Whereas the bubble tea was nice, the service was terrible. I was in the queue FIRST and the lady called - CHAIMA - served two other people who were behind me, first saying I was in the wrong place and then suddenly the place I was first in became the correct place. Her tone and expression was absolutely shocking, another person on the till then came and told me she'll serve me and I did not hear a single apology and infact was told not to argue. I then went over and asked for her name which she then replied with Chaima and when I asked her to spell it she gave me a disgusted look and asked me why. This is not at all how you treat a customer. To make matters worse she talked about me in front of my face to another worker and was pointing at me explaining the story. I visited Brent Cross shopping centre, which has been my favourite place. Today I visited Bubble Ci-Tea, after waiting 15 minutes in the queue at the till I was told that they have no Tapioca which is free optional topping with any drink. This info was not advertised and no alternative I.e another topping was NOT offered since they were charging the same price. All I said this is unethical and should offer customers alternative option, the customer representative by the name Elis started to ague and violate my intellect of the business world. Then she told me to go away as she refused to serve me, she really upset my 3 kids. Then a tall black lady (who refused to give her name) did very similar then I walked off as she threatened me with security.
