i have been going here for over 3 years and i have never been disappointed! I have been to many boba places all over london and none have lived up to the standards of bubble magic.

the drinks are very nice i get mango and passion fruit with no toppings. the drinks themselves are very customisable allowing you to get fruit or milk adding multiply different toppings that can either be popping boba or a jelly. I have seen a few people saying the sugar and ice isn’t customisable and it is if you just ask (i use to order my drink half sweet). genuinely one of my favourite drinks at a reasonable price compared to the other places i’ve been to.

the service is the best i have ever received, some of the nicest people work here and i’m sure any bad experiences with the service was reasonable. they have only messed up my order once and when i mentioned nicely they gave me a whole new drink. i’m always greeted with smiles and have become quite aquatinted with some of the workers as i go there so much.

it’s one of my favourite places to go to in the whole of ealing broadway! i have recommended it to all of my friends and those who have tried it have come back with amazing reviews. it might be a struggle to figure out what you want to get if you’ve never been before, i just ordered what others recommended until i found one i liked.

i can’t recommend this place enough. i have seen others mention there is no seating however people don’t really sit in these drink places and there is always seating outside if want to sit and a great park nearby so i don’t think this is a problem. i hope you take the time to go...

This is not a best bubble tea place in Ealing. Staff members here are very rude and argues for no reason. If you are looking for the best bubble tea in Ealing go to T4 on Uxbridge Road.

They treat you better and with respect than Bubble Majik

Edit after reply: It seems that management don’t bother to investigate the situation at all. I have emailed them but they didn’t even bother to reply back. For you kind information, the drink was available with all the ingredients, I simply said don’t add any sugar to my drink, this can be done. But she didn’t even bother to listen. I told her 1000 times you can do it. I have been drinking same boba tea for past 15 years. Almost every Boba tea place can do it, no arguments at all but the team at Bubble Magik always argue.

Taiwanese & Chinese people knows how to best serve the drinks without arguing. Just go to T4 stone throw from Ealing Broadway Mall, Cha Time in Hammersmith or even Gong Cha, learn how Boba & Boba Tea is actually made. Your Bobas are too small with no texture. Other places know how to serve customers with respect.

FYKI, the lady behind the counter was rude and impolite, she wouldn’t even let me talk to other lady, and was continuously interrupting. This is unacceptable behaviour from adults. She needs to learn to keep her mouth shut. She was not making things easy.

I am unfollowing Bubble magik not a great fan of your boba tea and customer service, Mooboo & T4 are much better and have friendlier customer service. I won’t miss Bubble Magik...

An adult’s meltdown point is always something that seems trivial. The drink was fine, but the service was disappointing. I am genuinely upset. So I ordered a large bubble tea, I specifically asked for no ice, the girl who made the drink, put ice in it and when the other girl tried to hand me the drink she realised I orderd no ice, so she turn around and I thought she was gonna make me a new one, but NO! She filed the edge of the cup, poked it with a knife, opened the seal, scooped the ice out seal it back and handed it to me, and the cup was only 4/5 full, I paid for large and got a regular, I didn’t say anything coz I didn’t wanna make a scene, but that’s outrageous, I said to myself it’s okay it’s okay it’s not that disgusting, she used a spoon, just a few sip missing, but it’s not, I gets more and more upset, I feel so unfair and I just wanna cry, this is not the first time they fuxked up my drinks, last time I ordered a drink with Uber eats, they straight up gave me a different drink with different toppings when I called and asked for a replacement, they said it’s not their responsibility?!!!!!!!?? ANYWAYS, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM...

First time in Bubble Magic ,the staff was really nice they ask you at the end if you will be having the drink right away so they make a hole in it for your straw, there are no seats available so only take away. First tapioca scoop is free of charge ,I wasn't given any ice option or sweetness but the tea itself didn't taste bad ,but I like more the bubble tea in Harrow St georges centre each time I am buying there it tastes amazing and I am asked if I want with or without ice ,how much sweet etc .Try both if you can and see what you think :)

I went today and boba was absolutely delicious- first one was mango and lychee w tapioca, second caramel milk w tapioca, third mango milk w tapioca. I used a card to pay for it but it was the first time using the card and I wasn’t sure how to use it. The first member of staff was super nice and when it wasn’t working another member or staff came and got a bit frustrated and said things like ‘You took the card out early and now we have to do it ALL over again.’ Bit mean but apart from that really nice I’m sure it was a one-off

The staff are super friendly and really helpful! There are so many flavour combinations and tea varieties to choose from, including a special each week which is great! You can adjust the sweetness and ice level to your liking, which is always a bonus! Even when it’s super busy at the shop, they always make sure to make your drink just how you like it. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for great bubble tea and an excellent customer experience!
