Centre 404 — Attraction in London

I wish I could give ZERO star. They said this place organised for SEN Children but if your child has challenging behaviour they refused to take your child. The Manager (Al….) promised me and visited my house. Unfortunately, he wasn’t honest in very sudden he changed his mind without clarifying the reason. Very disrespectful not answering phone not responding message and email. He could clearly told us that we can’t manage your child rather than being disrespectful. During my visit to the centre I have noticed that ((The place is not safe at all without any CCTV camera!!!! And they have very low fences which is next to the DLR , children can climb over the fence easily.)) when I mentioned to them, I think that was the reason they refused my child. I feel sorry for those who send their children to this Center especially those who are nonverbal. As they can’t tell their parents how the place and the services look like. Most of the time toilets are dirty when someone come and visit the place, they put a sing (OUT OF SERVICE) to hide the disgusting place. I was working there luckily I left very soon. Staff can’t stay there for long period .They are really disorganised especially the manager. He dose NOT care about the children and the staff. He’s not there all the time when we faced any issues. Centre 4 0 4 are good surport workers when they take you out for day trips I do love them my surport worker Sophie is fantastic , amazing she 1000/1000 she knows me well as we go swimming together I have taught her how to swim. She over the moon that I taught her. Other surport workers know me bc well like Nina , Niki, Racheal who know me well and love taking me swimming and theatres and other places.
