Cheatmeals Holloway Road — Restaurant in London

After a long day of work , I stumbled across this restaurant on my way to a buisness meeting. Normally I eat at restaurants and am an advocate for fine dinning at michelin star restaurants , however I felt this place needed a review!

From the moment I walked in to the cosy and vibrant store, I was greeted by by the staff with a very warm and welcoming approach. Instantly, I was made to feel welcomed and the level of customer service was something I had not experienced in a long time. The guy took the time to explain the menu in detail and advise me on what was best to have according to my specific taste and then went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal such as WiFi for my laptop, a charging point including asking me which type of wings i wanted.

Now getting on to the food, I struggle with words to describe the taste and quality of what I had the pleasure to enjoy! All the food was cooked from fresh and could see it being made in front of me. The level of cleanliness was the highest I had seen and the staff took immense care and pride to how they prepared my food. The level of flavour was incredible and the chicken was cooked to perfection and just fell off the bone . And the milkshake........ THIS HAS TO BE THE BEST MILKSHAKE IN LONDON!!! Again being made freshly with real strawberry and high quality ice cream , it tasted absolutely amazing and again was made with care and passion and truly reflects the incredible quality of this restaurant.

To sum up, if you live nearby or are travelling to London, you would be a fool to not come and check this place out ! The staff are amazing , the food delicious and the price too cheap for the quality you get .

When it comes to the food at this burger joint, I must admit they excel in creating mouth-watering and delicious burgers. The patties are cooked to perfection, juicy, and bursting with flavour. The buns are fresh and toasted just right, adding a delightful crunch to each bite. The toppings are plentiful and add a perfect balance of textures and tastes, making every burger a delightful treat for the taste buds.

On the downside, the time it takes to get a meal can be long, it can take a while for the order to be prepared and brought to the table. This might not be ideal for those who are in a hurry or have limited time for lunch breaks.

Moreover, the staff's demeanour could use some improvement in the friendliness department. While they are not necessarily rude, a warmer and more welcoming attitude would enhance the overall dining experience. A smile and a kind word can go a long way in making customers feel appreciated and valued.

In summary, the burgers at this joint are undeniably delicious and worth savouring, but the extended wait times and the staff's relatively reserved demeanour leave room for improvement in the overall...

I’ve come here several times over the last few months. My only complaint is the service. Most recent time I used the self checkout, got a burger, fries and shake. It was all delicious, always is, but I waited 32 minutes to get served JUST the burger, the guy took my receipt to see what I ordered (so hasn’t started the rest of the food I guess?), and then waited another 10 for the fries and shake. The guy said he would “bring it out to me, take a seat”, then called at me across the restaurant - I was facing the other direction, so a random delivery guy brought me my food… which was funny, but so disorganised!! They need more staff! I watched like 7 delivery people come in and get their orders before me - fine, I can accept that those people probably placed their orders before me. But I also watched a girl order 5min after I sat down and get her food before me as well, left and gone another 10 minutes before I had my food. Love the food, the people seem really nice, but it’s just so random and disorganised with timing I always give myself a 1.5hr window just to get fast...
