CIA Nails & Beauty Academy Shop — Attraction in London

Reading the other reviews I had a very different experience from others on here. Turned up with my daughter to buy some nail supplies - the sign over the door saying online AND in-store sales confused me into thinking they sold in store, silly me. Having to push past the sulky teens smoking in the doorway, I asked the owner if we could buy some nail bits for my daughter, to be told no, she was on her break and wanted to enjoy it. She said I would have to order online then come back on Monday or Tuesday to collect from store. Hmm, tempting but I don’t think so. Owner is clearly doing well financially and happy for £40 of sales to walk out of the door without even being arsed to serve a customer. This was on a Saturday morning, generally considered to be a fairly common time for popping into a shop with an expectation that you might be able to buy something. Not at this place! At times when we are encouraged to shop on the high street and not online, shops like this do little to make you want to make the effort to bother. Upon entering the receptionist was eating a bag of cheetos which was a little unprofessional and I felt unappreciated. Unfortunately I dont know who the employee was responsible for my treatment, a little more training could be given on comfort, customer service, transparency and hospitality but im sure its all part of the induction process. The price to pay was quite high however it is Central London. A little uncomfortable at first but eventually you get used to the new implants, very high tech and new material! Atleast im alive, healthy and well! Highly recommend the new product offerings which seamlessly integrate to your body. This beautiful soul it is not just a simple trainer, it is a star of nails, a champion were she gives you her full knowledge without hiding any information, she is the best nails trainer and you will see it on the Beaty salon training room about how hard work she is and how much passion it is in her hands. I had 5 days spend with her on nails course and I've learn so so many techniques from her and at the ends we were very proud of our work because her patience, passion and soul were all pulled in our hands to make sure we deserve the certificate.
