Colindale Food Centre — Attraction in London

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I've had a bad experience in here before, and today unfortunately had to collect a Collect+ delivery from here. Despite being sent on Tuesday, it didn't arrive until Saturday when I was out of the country. I got a text on Monday and I tried to call to say I'd be in the next day (today - Tuesday) to collect it. No-one picked up the phone. When I went in the woman at the till did not know what Collect+ was or seemed to understand English. I then spoke to a man who apparently was the owner. He said he didn't know where it was. He kept looking at parcels from Very despite me saying it was a personal parcel and not from Very. He then said it must have been sent back and he didn't have anything to do with it. I said I had tried to call and he said the phone line wasn't working (which was strange as it definitely rang). He then just shrugged his shoulders and told me it wasn't his fault and to call Collect+. AVOID.

Update 22 Feb: Collect+ said apparently the parcel was handed back to the driver 'in error' by the store...

Disgusted by the Service received at this shop. I came to pick up my Yodel parcel as I received a message saying it was ready to collect. I arrived at the shop I was told the machine/reader for Yodel collection is not working.

I then returned later after 9am like they suggested as their machine would be working. I came with ID like required and the unique code for collection was not working. Despite having the parcel there the staff were reluctant to hand me over my parcel and tried to make out a thief of me.

I suggested for them to take the code, I had my photo ID which they could see at the time with all the correct details and I was happy to sign the paper saying I had collected the parcel.

However they continuously talked to me in an abrupt manor which I found very rude and refused to give me out the parcel.

I will never be ordering to this shop again. VERY RUDE STAFF and UNFRIENDLY SERVICE.

All I wanted was to collect my parcel.

Absolutley awfull service. Staff is very unpleasent, they call custemers names as thievs, and wont let you to collect parcels even though u have collection code and your ID that matches the name on parcel.

To your replay in comment let me tell you this is the code yodel provided us with. You constantly tell your customers that either your machine or code dosnt work, and you call them a thievs saying they are trying to steal parcels but by the looks of things you must be trying to steal all those parcels that are not adressed to you. Let me contact yodle and file a complaint, im sure they will be happy to hear how you treat there customers. Also dont know why do you even have a phone in your premisses when you cant even answear it. Still suprised how is this shop still operating should be shut down long ago. One shop that i will never use again. Also i see im not the first one to give you 1 star review just shows...
