I had a great time at the show, but the staff was a little bit lackluster. Before entering the turn styles I asked about my VIP ticket, and they just told me to get in line. When they scan my ticket and I entered, I went to the bar immediately to my left. I asked about my free drink and she had no idea what I was talking about. I went back to staff and asked them about the VIP bar and they said it’s on the second floor. I proceeded to the second floor where I ordered my drink, and I had to pay for it. When I asked them about the VIP room with the free drink, they said this is the only bar that’s available. A bit disappointing and I felt like I kinda got screwed over here on buying the upgraded ticket. I watched three comedians and at the intermission I went out to get another drink and head to the restroom. On the way to the restroom I noticed a sign for a different bar. I asked the lady out front and all of a sudden this is the special bar. I walked in and there were two people inside of there. It seemed a little bit strange. Either only myself and two others books at the VIP room, or all the other people who booked the upgrade were just as confused as I was. The VIP bar was kind of nice, and that you have a little quiet space and restrooms just for a few people who paid into the VIP experience rather than the large trough for the masses. But I didn’t really understand the difference between the two bars. Sure I got my free drink in the special room… At intermission… But all the drinks were exactly the same. No cocktails, just spirits, beer, probably wine but I wasn’t looking for wine. Really nothing special other than you have a more quieter place to drink and five toilets for the two or three other people in the room.

This was my second visit to this stadium, and both experiences were genuinely enjoyable. The first time was for the Sam Tompkins tour, where we were seated upstairs. The view of the stage was excellent from that level — the seating was comfortable, and the sound quality was spot-on, which made for a great concert experience. The second visit was for the 101 Dalmatians play, and this time we sat downstairs, closer to the front on the right-hand side. Again, the view was great and the seats were just as comfortable. A nice touch is that younger children are offered booster seats, which is really thoughtful and helps make the experience more family-friendly. One thing I really appreciated both times was how well the queuing and ticket checks were handled — everything flowed smoothly, and getting into the venue was quick and easy. The location is also a big plus, being just a short walk from the train station, which makes it super convenient to get to. There are bars located on both levels of the stadium, although I did find the prices to be quite high. There's also a merchandise shop inside, which is a nice option for those wanting souvenirs or show-related items. The only real downside for me is the toilet facilities. They're very small and cramped, with limited space to queue or move around, which can be uncomfortable during busy moments. Overall, this stadium offers a great experience with good seating, clear views, and easy access. I’d definitely recommend it for both concerts and family-friendly performances, but hopefully they improve the restroom situation in the future.

Went to see Blur perform a one off gig playing their latest album in full at the Eventim Apollo, after seeing them at Wembley at the month, I was interested to see how it would compare. The process of getting in was fairly easy, just join a quick moving queue a little after the doors time and then have your ticket scanned via the Eventim app followed by a quick scanner/bag check to ensure you aren't bringing in anything prohibited. The drinks were fairly reasonable (for London), think I paid £7.90 for a pint of Asahi, including £1 of which was a deposit for the reusable plastic cup, meaning future pints would be £6.90. You don't however get your £1 back at the end. The venue had the usual sticky floor that comes with most music venues, but one thing that I found difficult was the slanted floor, I understand this is from where seating would normally be, but the incline was uncomfortable after a while. It does mean that you can usually find somewhere to stand and be able to see over everyone. The sound system was perfectly adequate, I think I would have preferred to wear my loop earplugs as it was a little loud and at times I felt like the vocals were a little too high/muffled, but that's just a personal preference. Getting out of the venue at the end was a slog as there seems to be a bottleneck in the middle.

Attended Eventim Apollo to see the 101 Dalmatians Musical today (26th July). We were very disappointed in the theatre staff as well as the show itself.

Security check in was lacking in security itself with very poor bag checks and staff disinterested in vetting those coming into the theatre. My bag was simply peeked in with my friend not even having her bags checked at all. Very concerning.

Getting to our seats was easy and ticket checks were good.

Food and drinks are reasonably priced considering it is a theatre.

We were disappointed and quite shocked at the amount of people that were able to get up and walk around in the theatre all throughout the first and second act of the show. Staff were even crossing through seated areas all throughout which was extremely distracting and made viewing the show difficult.

I made a comment to a staff member that this is such unusual and bizarre behaviour to witness in a theatre show. . He agreed and discussed with his supervisor. We were offered to switch seats but declined as we had paid a lot for our seats and didn’t feel that we should move due to the lacking of audience control from staff, but also that it didn’t matter where we would have sat, the issue still would have remained.

We hoped that during the second act the musical chairs situation would stop but sadly not. Adults were able to freely walk to and from their seats, fidgeting and staff were still crossing over and through the seated areas, blocking views for audience members.

Never in my life have I witnessed such behaviour in a theatre facility. We appreciate that this had a lot of young children in but having sat through other theatre shows , this was very poorly managed.

The show wasn’t the best, lots of cheesy jokes making it feel more like a pantomime. We were also shocked to see a real Dalmatian puppy toward the end that looked absolutely terrified of the loud music and lights.

Sadly wasted our money and time attending here tonight. Would...

I go to quite a few theatres, so I'm comparing this place to the others. Seats: The seats weren't very comfortable; the leg room was not great, and small for me, even though I'm only 5'8". They were ok when sitting down, but hard to walk past seated people. On the plus side, some of the seating had double arm rests, which provided a little more width to the seating area, which is better. Drinks: They make you pour away any shop bought drinks before entering. I believe this is to encourage you to buy from their bar, which cost £23 for just 2 drinks. I think this price is very high. Even if it's normal for these kinds of events, if drinks other than water are allowed in the theatre, then you should be able to take your own drinks in. Toilets: There are more toilets than many other theatres I've been to, so a plus here. Lounge: Once again, over priced, in my opinion. I've been to many around the £30-£35 mark, which come with the usual pack of crisps, ice cream, and 1 to 3 drinks of either prosecco or champagne. Here, they want £55 for 1 beer and snacks! Just over priced. Performance: This can obviously vary depending on the show, however, the show I saw "Only Fools and horses" I really enjoyed. All the actors were great, and everything went smoothly throughout the evening. This is the first time at this theatre, so I can't comment if other shows are as good. Sound quality: Unfortunately, this let the whole show down. There was an echo, a double sounding, from the actors' voices and the speakers. I understand it may be hard to avoid this, depending on where you're sat in the theatre, but I had prime seats, and have never experienced such poor quality in a theatre. Since attending, I have read many other reviews stating the same. Summary: In summary, would I return if there was another show I'd like to see? Yes, but I wouldn't pay extra for the lounge, and wouldn't buy their...
