Chicago Grill Hammersmith — Restaurant in London

We visited Chicago Grill in Hammersmith as a group of nine, and while the space is on the smaller side (definitely better suited for smaller groups or takeaway), the food more than made up for any limitations.

Let’s start with the service.. Although it was busy and there was a bit of a wait (around 25–30 minutes), everything is cooked fresh to order.

We had initially asked for mojitos, and while the ingredients weren’t available at the time, one of the staff actually went out to get them, which was a nice touch and showed genuine effort to accommodate us.

We sat in the back, which unfortunately had a noticeable damp smell. When we mentioned it, the team responded quickly, they turned on the AC and even offered to move us to a different area, which we really appreciated.

Once the food arrived, everything else faded into the background. The burgers were genuinely excellent… juicy, flavourful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Everyone at the table went quiet and cleaned their trays. Special mentions go out to the: Loaded fries - we had both the chicken and steak, generous portions, packed with flavour.

The mighty meat feast burger - it absolutely lived up to the name… stacked, juicy, and packed with flavour in every bite. The combination of sauces and toppings worked really well without being overwhelming. Definitely one for serious burger lovers.

All in all, while the space and wait time might not be ideal, the food is the real star here. If you're after a great burger and don't mind a short wait for freshly prepared food, this spot is worth it. We'll definitely be going back to try...

Absolutely DISGUSTED by the service of Chicago Grill. This is not the first time I have received such bad service from them, but I have given them the benefit of the doubt. Not only was my order delivered 2 HOURS LATE! but the attitude I received over the phone from them was stupendously outrageous! I would not order a meal from them again - all three burgers I ordered were freezing cold, and the 'extra dips' I was promised as a result of the tardy service did not make it into the bag either. Chicago grill are a bunch of liars! The food was subpar, the estimated delivery time (advertised at 45-60 mins) was the greatest fallacy of 2016! The actual delivery time was 120 mins!! I even called after an hour and was told my order was next.. again.. MORE LIES. DISCLAIMER: DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE - YOU WILL BE BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED.. as soon as they have taken your payment they no longer value your custom. POOR attitude. POOR quality. POOR service. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I recently visited a here and unfortunately, I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their food. Despite hearing good things about this place, my experience left a lot to be desired.

Firstly, the food was cold and unappetizing. It seemed as though it had been sitting out for a while and had lost its freshness. The presentation was also lackluster.

Moreover, the taste was very bland and lacked any real flavor. I found myself having to add a lot of salt and pepper just to make it somewhat tolerable. The portions were also quite small, especially given the price of the dishes.

Additionally, the service was slow and unattentive. It took a long time for our order to be taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. When we tried to flag down a waiter for more drinks or condiments, they seemed to be completely ignoring us.

Overall, my experience at this food restaurant was extremely disappointing. The quality of the food was subpar, and the service was lacking. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would advise others to...
