The worst service I’ve ever received. Ordered a wardrobe in store Lady ordered the baby size wardrobe though I’d asked for full size. Didn’t get email confirmation as she’d taken down my incorrect email address. Paid for it to be built whilst I was out and my daughter was there - I realised when home it was wrong size. Have subsequently spent 5 hours on calls to overseas help desk who have no idea what they’re doing. Spoke to Sharon in store who promised to organise collection - which she didn’t do. All this in the middle of a stressful house move. A company once synonymous with good British customer service an absolute shambles. Do not shop there. You cannot speak to Peter jones store directly unless they call you back which they don’t do. Instead frustrating call centre staff who read from a script. Zero stats if that’s possible. He and his team need some serious training on how to deal with people, especially heavily pregnant woman carrying a car seat up to the third floor in distress that they’ve got nothing to take a newborn home from the hospital in. I came into store 37 weeks pregnant to discuss my dissatisfaction with a car seat I have bought from them. It doesn’t click in properly to my car. I had purchased the item only 10 days prior. My return was already accepted online and I was met with no care or understanding and just shut down immediately saying there’s nothing that they can do and that it’s my own fault. Read more@JohnLewisRetail I have purchased an ottoman bed from John Lewis Sloane Square on the 15 May on the basis that it will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. I can’t express more of my disappointment with the whole process. I have been in contact with the customer service several times and every time their version changes and the dates keep changing. I got to a point where I am not sure what to do. You took my money and you lied to me in my face and expect me to be happy. My recent few experiences with @JohnLewisRetail has been very disappointing.
