Visited this store yesterday and found a Spanish lady folding up some trousers. Now, I understand they hate it when customers who are actually willing to spend their hard-earn money, which also supports their jobs, try and find their sizes by themselves (even if you are not making a whole mess and are actually being careful). Before I even tried to get my hands into the pile of trousers, she bluntly said ‘if you need any size let ME know and we are closing in 10 minutes’ (10 minutes that they are getting paid for, not free). When told her that I too was Spanish, hoping she would try and be a bit more friendly, which in the end shows good customer service, she wasn’t at all. I was a bit surprised to hear her ‘approach’, or should I say warning, in English as she had heard me speaking Spanish, which made it even clearer for me that she had no interest whatsoever in engaging. But what surprised me the most, was her attitude. As a Spanish myself, I have to say that you are putting us to shame and completely agree with previous reviews stating that same customer service applies to all stores in London. And the same goes for the Italian ones with their whole arrogance when dealing with people, like the Italian lady in Zara Bond Street, kids department. There are so many people unemployed who would be doing a much better job, why hiring these people who think they are above others and show a complete lack of interest in doing their job properly?! Get down your high-horse and start treating customers with the respect and kindness they deserve, and not like the biggest inconvenience ever!! Amancio Ortega and his representatives, management, etc. I hope you are reading this and start taking action. We are not paying to be treated like this. We might as well shop online, close all your stores, and save us all from this shameful attitudes all around your stores....
Read moreI recently had a wonderful shopping experience at the Zara store on Sloane Street, and I wanted to share my positive impressions.
From the moment I walked in, the store was beautifully presented – tidy, well-organised, and with a great selection of current fashion trends readily accessible. It was easy to browse the racks and find exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere was vibrant yet comfortable, making for a pleasant shopping environment.
The clothing quality, as always with Zara, was excellent, offering stylish pieces at accessible prices. I found several items that I absolutely loved, and the fitting rooms were clean and well-maintained, which always makes a difference.
What truly made my visit stand out, however, was the exceptional service I received from Luana. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic. Luana went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right sizes and offering styling suggestions without being pushy. Her friendly demeanour and efficient assistance made my shopping trip so much more enjoyable and effortless. She's a real asset to the team!
Overall, my visit to Zara on Sloane Street was a thoroughly positive one. The store offers a great shopping experience with a wide array of fashionable clothes, and the staff, especially Luana, make it even better. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for stylish additions to...
