One star for clothes it's very good collection but staff very very rude and insulting people I bought many clothes from there but I never visit again the staff treating very badly I was seen many times thay are treat badly to the customer thay are resist. One member of staff made the experience very embarrassing. Every shop in London outlet welcomed our puppy from us and into their shops. At M&S, we waited outside with our puppy, whilst my family shopped inside. A Sales Assistant saw us outside and guided us in saying puppies were allowed, as long as we held her or kept her on her leash. So, we held her. 5 minutes into the shop, we heard someone screaming 'get the dog out! No dogs allowed!'. This was another Sales Assistant who was attending in the fitting rooms, screaming at us! 4 times she screamed at us to 'get the dog out'. Everyone in the queue waiting to pay were watching and even the Cashiers had stopped taken transactions from the shock of hearing the screaming. We carried our puppy out immediately. But we could still hear her saying 'no dogs allowed'. I'm guessing, trying to justify her screaming to everyone that were looking at her.
