This was one of the worst escape room experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, things were a mess. There was no one to greet us — just a piece of paper on the door with minimal instructions, leaving us standing there wondering what to do. Not a great first impression. The rooms were ridiculously hard, and although we eventually made progress, we were rushed through the entire experience. We barely had time to enjoy any of it before we were pushed into the next room, which completely ruined the flow. It felt like they were more focused on moving us along than letting us actually experience the game. The real issue came toward the end. One staff member, dressed in a pig costume (part of the theme, I guess), was slamming doors and moving aggressively around us. It felt uncomfortable and unnecessary, and I ended up getting hurt. While he did check in afterward, he didn’t apologize or seem concerned in the slightest. It was as if we were an inconvenience. Then, we were accused of breaking a vase — which wasn’t the case. We only knocked it over. On top of that, we were told that we made someone cry because we were swearing. We weren’t swearing at anyone specifically, just expressing frustration, but we were still made to feel like we did something wrong. To top it off, we were asked to apologize to the cameras, which was completely humiliating and unnecessary. We refused, because frankly, it was absurd. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and frankly, unsafe. The lack of staff presence, the rushed experience, the bizarre behavior from staff, and the unfounded accusations left us feeling frustrated and upset. I would never recommend this escape room to anyone.
[Update in response to the owner’s reply:] Thanks for the policy rundown, but none of it changes what actually happened: the experience was rushed, disorganized, and handled with a surprising lack of professionalism.
Labeling our frustration as “aggression” is a convenient way to sidestep accountability. One of us got hurt, and your response was essentially: she’s fine, move along. That’s not guest care — that’s brushing things off.
The vase incident? Minor. The demand to apologize to a camera? Absurd. Swearing in a horror escape room isn’t “abuse” — unless you’re just looking for a scapegoat.
You didn’t address our concerns. You just reframed them to protect your image. If anything, your response only confirms the...
Read moreI have been to many immersive experiences and horror related events. I am a reviewer, which means I write up after each experience, a brutally honest review. I first visited in January and I returned last week for round 2. I can safely say that bloodbath easily tops any event or experience that I have ever visited. Without giving too much away, this is why:
The attention to detail. This experience has everything perfected from the props, decoration, sounds, lighting and even the smells.
Bloodbath tells a story of Jack and his brother Abel that you follow as you go through the many rooms, exploring, whilst adding to the story bit by bit.
Each room has been carefully planned to represent a significant part in the storyline. The event lasts around an hour. The time flew by which I put down to the adrenaline rush and hurrying through out of fear.
The actors are incredible. They have the ability to scare the life out of you or make you laugh. I experienced both on each occasion dependant on the group I was in. It is a unique experience each time you go.
Jack, in particular, is a weirdly creepy yet charming character. You’ll look forward to meeting him from your first interaction with him before you even arrive.
The actors get up close and personal but there are specific instructions that you read beforehand There is a safe word that is given if you do not wish to be approached or want to leave if you get too scared. There are adult themed references/parts to the story so bare this in mind but it is strictly professional and you never feel unsafe.
I would encourage anybody thinking about going to book - you will have the best time. From the moment you book to even beyond when you leave, you are immersed into this clever, terrifying experience. Perfect for anyone who loves horror and a good...

Well done to the actors and set design from the different smells to variety of a strange objects and acted scenes every detail must have been meticulously planned as its so so thorough ! It really makes it believable and gives it depth.
They walk the fine line of it being utterly terrifying but in a enjoyable way. Rather then need to safe word out and miss out kind of way . Nothing was comical or cheesy like horror done badly can feel like.
They also do group deals but I'd happily of paid double and not felt like it was a lot of money for what I got from it .
If you do one thing for your self today book this , if your on the fence... try it! You don't regret the things you do in life you regret the things you didn't do ...
