I went here for an amazing Life Course. These courses are free and take place several times a year for 8 weeks in the evening. Mine was on a Wednesday. John, the vicar who can be seen in flip-flops and white socks, is an amazing speaker with a lot of dedication, conviction and humour. Normally the evenings start with an upscale common dinner, which is cooked in-house and costs 5 Pounds. Water, wine and chocolate are on the house. You eat together on small dining tables, then listen to a short 15 minutes speech which is refreshingly modern and contemporary and asks the big questions we all seek to answer at some point in our lifes, whether we call them religious or not. I was amazed at the intellectual and emotional high quality of these evenings. You are free to question and the people here are listening with a lot of open-mindedness, love and care. They are also refreshingly unpretentious. If you are looking for a community to be part of you are very welcome, if you are curious and look for answers and independence you are very welcome as well. Very recommendable for people who seek answers, meaning, community and friendships ... just the wine is...

The concept is fantastic and the atmosphere created by the candles (albeit flameless) it’s relaxing and hypnotic allowing for a full immersion into the music. I believe the tickets are divided by zones: I had zone A which grants great view and, indeed, I had some great views from my seats but only because I moved. The original seat I had in zone A was behind a pillar so not exactly premium… I would suggest the organisers number seats and differentiate the price point accordingly so that it’s a little clearer what you’ll get when you get there. I also had the photo opp included which is a nice touch: however the photo was taken via a regular smartphone and then sent onto a Polaroid printer. It’s a shame the quality of the camera phone was so poor - my photo came out grainy and out of focus. My own phone would have taken a way better picture. The concert itself was really lovely - the pianist was superb and the atmosphere created by the candles was so immersive I completely zoned out of the outside world. I found the concert a little short as it’s only an hour but overall a really fantastic...

St. Mary's Church in London is truly a marvel of traditional English brickwork. This hidden gem is located in the heart of central London, in the shadow of other buildings, making it all the more special for those lucky enough to discover it.

From the moment you step inside the church, you are transported back in time to a bygone era of stunning craftsmanship and architectural beauty. The intricate detailing of the brickwork is simply breathtaking, and it's clear that no expense was spared in creating this stunning building.

The church itself is a peaceful haven in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city. The calming atmosphere and beautiful stained glass windows make it the perfect place to reflect and escape from the stresses of modern life.

Overall, St. Mary's Church is an absolute must-see for anyone visiting London. Its stunning brickwork and peaceful atmosphere make it a true hidden gem in the heart of the city. I would highly recommend a visit to this beautiful and historic church. Copyright...

What a spectacular experience! The Candlelight Orchestra did an exceptional job, transforming classic hits from ABBA and Queen into elegant, emotional string arrangements. The four musicians were not only highly skilled but also clearly passionate, bringing a new layer of depth to every song. The venue itself, illuminated by hundreds of flickering candles, was simply breathtaking. The romantic setting created an intimate and immersive atmosphere, making it feel like the concert was just for us. It was a perfect blend of a passionate performance and a stunning, unique ambiance. This concert is an absolute must-see for any music lover.

So many fabulous church’s in London Here’s some more info about the church St Mary's, Bryanston Square was built as one of the Commissioners' churches in 1823–1824 and was designed by Robert Smirke to seal the vista from the lower end of Bryanston Square.[3] It is a brick building, with a rounded stone portico, round tower and small dome, topped by cross. It is listed in the top protective and recognition category, grade I.[4] The church cost £19,955 (equivalent to £1,800,000 in 2020),[5] towards which the Church Building Commission gave a grant of £14,955.[6]
