I went here for an amazing Life Course. These courses are free and take place several times a year for 8 weeks in the evening. Mine was on a Wednesday. John, the vicar who can be seen in flip-flops and white socks, is an amazing speaker with a lot of dedication, conviction and humour. Normally the evenings start with an upscale common dinner, which is cooked in-house and costs 5 Pounds. Water, wine and chocolate are on the house. It’s a shame the quality of the camera phone was so poor - my photo came out grainy and out of focus. My own phone would have taken a way better picture. The concert itself was really lovely - the pianist was superb and the atmosphere created by the candles was so immersive I completely zoned out of the outside world. I found the concert a little short as it’s only an hour but overall a really fantastic...
