I’m a proud Black British local member of the community.

I have to show a lot of love and respect to the owners of this coffee shop.

I’ve seen their journey from the inception of their hard earned business.

I’m a great coffee lover and get my daily caffeine fix from Rise & Bloom every single day.

All their staff are always on point with their customers service very welcoming, warm & efficient. I speak to the owners regularly and can personally say that they are extremely hardworking, have great morals & integrity.

The energy that they put out is inspiring to me & anyone chasing their dreams.

I spoken with the owners many time when they were setting up their 2nd shop. As you can imagine they faced many challenges but one thing they reiterated to me was they would not compromise on their customer service, “Rise & Blooms product is our great customer service, service..service ..service”

Your going to get some people that want to tear you down and you may never know the reason why.

I love your coffee & the service I receive daily.

Very Disappointing service!!! I went in to order coffee and tend to get my coffee from small business, unfortunately I was appalled in the service I received, I was served by a lady whom has taken her time rightful so to serve two customers who were together. I was next in line with no customers behind at the time, I placed my order and the lady had asked me to tap my card and step to one side as she started to serve the next customer behind who just entered. she then went back to attempt to prepare my order in which another customer then entered and stopped to serve that customer. I was in total shock I left the un made coffee and told her to forget it which i paid for when all she does is stare at me.

Total disgust without making an judgement I fully understood why.. clearly I am not welcomed in certain...

It was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is really cute! My go to coffee is flat white and obviously I had to try it here too. As I was waiting for my coffee to be made, I started to talk about the pastries with the lady that works there and she recommended me the almond croissant and the cinnamon buns. I got one of each and when I tried them I was so shocked at how great they are. The cinnamon buns reminded me of the ones my grandma used to make. Anyway, overall it was an amazing experience, the coffee and food were great and I will totally come back again. If I could, I would rate it more...
