I am very surprised to see your staff laughing about customers and drinking coke in front of the customer and being rude to people ! I talk about only 2 persons Hafsa and Based, two staff members very rude to me and others clients. I just wanted to ask where are the sunglasses and I say hello and Based doesn’t welcome me at the store to Maxx of High Street Kensington. Then I said if someone says hello and give you respect you have to give him back the respect . His girl friend was shouting to me her name Hafsa and she was rude to me with him and they were laughing and saying to me « what I want and what I need , and drinking coca in front of my face » They were rude and bad with me, I ask the manager to speak with them and they didn’t want to apologize and left me. They didn’t respect their manager ! I never see that in my life in uk ! Never 👎 I had the bad experience with your store and I am worried because this people don’t diserve to stay in shop because people are looking for a job because of covid and more give more respect and more motivated ! Read moreI was in my local tkmaxx store in Kensington high street today (12 October 2017 at 10:00 am)where I found bag which one I like .it was priced from :RRP £55 To:our price £24.99 I took the bag to the cashier to pay where I was told what it's £100 . I ask to show me another the same model bag which was priced at £100 They got different model bag much bigger and nicer and told me it's the same brand I ask to talk to the meneger which they refuse to call. Very rude staff !! I'm local residents and loyal customer. me and my family love tkmaxx and spent large amount of money every early in your store

Read moreHad one of the worst experiences ever returning the items to the shop that I purchased online during the lockdown. Instead of being refunded for the items I returned I was charged again. Then when the manager was trying to fix the situation I was charged some money and refunded ONLY the amount that was charged by mistake and sent home assured that I'm going to receive my refund in the next few days. When I had all the payments through I have realised I have only received the money that I was charged by mistake in the store and didn't get the refund for the items I returned. Had to go to the shop 3 times and during the last visit it was a challenge to explain that I got no money for refunded items. It's the first time ever happening to me and I understand that mistake happen sometimes, but the attitude of the manager was not ok, telling me that she doesn't know how else to explain to me that I was refunded everything.
