Pret A Manger — Restaurant in London

Yesterday 7th of July 2023, at 18:30 The young asian slim barista served me in the way that l never had an experience like that. Firstly she served my ice latte without stirring it;(milk and coffee and ice were all in separate levels),it wasn't a big deal for me to stir it but I was totally shocked by the look of that😆 when I asked her politely that if she'd serve it like that? In a very rude attitude she replied me that: some customers like it!Added: You only need to shake it! and shook my drink with attitude that a bit of the milk dripped out....and it was like I did something wrong! This lady needs to be trained that customer is paying for the service and if she's standing there means she needs to do A-Z of the duty that she's needed to and not to command the customer psychasticaly and rolling up her eyes like I asked her to add golden champagne to my drink or what a huge mistake I did😄 It's like you serve milkshake to customer without mixing strawberry, milk, ice-cream, and ice, then say to customer to go and mix it yourself,it's not a hard job!Or It's 6:30 and I'm tired, Or I don't mix it because I don't like it😄 So dear barista plz remember that if I wished you to serve iced caramel latte in any unusual style I'd ask you, so please follow the normal standard of all Coffeeshops and protocols of Pret and not assume on behalf of Me and take it easy instead of rolling...

Note: i will be comparing this Pret (Brent cross) with the one in Wembley.

General: The barista made cold drinks were really good. Hot drinks they are the same like the other prets. The atmosphere is alright considering it's in inside a shopping mall. So there is no nature to enjoy. It's place where people can grab something while shopping. Working inside this pret is not a good idea. The staff served me was kind. Of the shopping centre is busy there might be a chance the space will run out quickly.

Comparison with Wembley Pret: A naturustic view is not possible in Brent cross shopping centre Pret. Unlike the one in wembley where you can enjoy a drink with the beauty of Wembley stadium and it's surrounding. Cold drinks/ shakers are really better compared to the wembley pret 3.Work in both these pret seems really hard. The wembley pret has poor Wifi connection and in shopping centre it's fully packed with people. Because it's a shopping centre their will be loud noise.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognise Andre at the Pret A Manger in Brent Cross shopping mall. Every time I visit, he is consistently kind, helpful, and professional, even when the shop is busy or things seem stressful. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers, always serving with a smile and making sure everyone feels welcome.

It’s clear he puts a lot of effort into what he does, and I hope he knows it doesn’t go unnoticed. Whatever Andre may be going through, I hope he knows he’s appreciated. His positive attitude and dedication truly make a difference in people’s day. Thank you, Andre you’ve made me love Pret and...
