Nothing super fancy, but really good decent burgers, fab fries, and interesting drinks. Don't miss the free monkey nuts. Service is quick and polite. This is one of the places in Brent Cross that usually doesn't have queues, so it's much easier to get seated quickly. It's a shame they've stopped doing their rosemary fries, but the plain skinny fries with their special "hei hei" salt are amazing. There are some really interesting options and they are worth experimenting with. Kids burgers were surprisingly big, which was slightly off putting for he smallest child, but good value if you have a big eater. VERY rude staff at the bar,ordered drink with starter and half an hour later after we have finished the starter the drink was not still served. When complained been told that it will be with you shortly and still nothing. After complaining again and requesting the manager to be called the bar man ignored the request and did not call the manager and lied to us that the manager will be with you shortly. After while we called another waiter and she has finally called the manager. Terrible experience on this occasion at GBT Brent Cross branch. We purchased one veg meal, and one vegan meal. The lady in the counter knew we were veg and did not eat meat.

Our order arrived. The lady brought over bacon dipping sauce with looks like mayonnaise with our sweet potato fried. She didn't say what was what.

We knew something wasn't right with the sauce on the first try so called her back to later realise that she served my party with meat. She simply apologised....
