This store didn’t have great customer service before but now it’s worse; terrible actually. I went to get Eid clothes and it wasn’t actually busy when I went. The staff seem inattentive and have an attitude or arrogance problem. They’re not friendly and you can be waiting for a while to get some help even though you can see there are many members of staff just standing around. I was also annoyed a few days before my visit when I wanted to know what time the store was open until. Given it was pre-Eid I thought they may be open till later but wanted to confirm so I don’t have a wasted journey. The telephone number they have for the store on Google just takes you through an automated line in an infinite loop. When you eventually press the right number to connect to the Wilmslow Rd store, it rings and rings and they don’t pick up. I was later told by a member of in-store staff, the stores don’t pick up during busy times. Why on earth have a phone if they don’t pick up? This was particularly annoying for me because when I eventually found some clothes I wanted to buy, it wasn’t in stock in the Wilmslow Rd store so asked a gentleman to check if it was in stock elsewhere. He then told me I’d have to go to the store myself to check if it’s in stock because, you guessed it, the store doesn’t pick up the phone for even a stock check! To be fair, I’ve bought a lot of clothes from the store in the past but that’s mainly because I trust the quality of Junaid Jamshed clothing; I don’t visit for the outstanding customer service. And I don’t usually see the same faces when I go in-store so wonder maybe that’s why the customer service is so unpredictable. They need more...

I had one of the best shopping experiences ever at Junaid Jamshed, when I say the best I mean seriously the best ever! I received the most outstanding customer service from the wonderful team, I cannot thank them enough for their help especially when neatly organising and packing all the clothes I brought. Also for helping me find all the right sizes in the suits, there was no fuss or hassle they did it so easily, quickly and efficiently, it was great! Many many many thanks for baji samena, fatima, Mariam and uncle, for all their help, welcoming and friendly behaviour and their positive attitude, they all have a great work ethic and they are so lovely to chat to. I came with my mum as soon as I heard they were having a winter sale, I hadn’t brought asian clothes in a while, and junaid Jamshed is a great designer clothes brand, I love their clothes, especially the style and quality of them, so it was sale that could not be missed! I definetly had to go and I’m so glad I did, it was definetly 110% worth going to and I would love to go again, I brought quite a lot of lovely suits, they just had such an awesome and pretty variety it was hard to make up my mind and leave, the quality and prices were sooo goood! I was happy with my purchases in the end and so was my mum. But the fantastic team made it all the more worth it, they made it just that extra special for us.

I recently ordered my wedding groom outfit from Chaal (across the road) and the quality came out really badly. My wedding is 3.5 weeks away and I was in desperate need to find something suitable and luckily entered Junaid Jamshed. I was greeted by Mariam and she was really helpful and kind from the first second.

She listened to my problem and advised me possible solutions, kindly bringing a number of different suits, shawls and hats.

My decision making lasted two days, during which time I visited the store 4 times and on all occasions, the service was really good. On the 2nd day, Samina also helped me put together my outfit and design for the day. I ended up purchasing an elegant wedding outfit for a really reasonable price and I knew I was paying for the right quality.

I recommend you all try out Junaid Jamshed in Manchester, especially if Mariam and Samina are serving you. They truly are the best designers and store employees I have come across from all Asian shops I have visited. Such lovely people too. I will definitely be visiting Junaid Jamshed in Manchester...
