Blue Mist Shisha Cafe — Restaurant in Manchester

Visited blue mist a good couple times, earlier this year found a large fat rat scurrying around the back near the brown door, I kept it on the low and secretly told a worker, who removed it, I didn’t make a complaint or make it a big deal.

I visited again after this and the bold manager tried scamming us, he forcefully told us to buy a special shisha of his flavour choice so I agreed however when the shisha came to the table it was an ordinary pipe with a sparkler for £35. Absolutely insane! Totally not worth that price considering I got the same shisha last time without a silly sparkler for £25. I explained this to the worker and said not to light the sparkler as I do not want this, the worker was rude and started arguing with me. He said it’s been paid for now and went on and on. Im not the one to cause a scene so I walked away and I went to the till and asked for the manager , the worker said he’s not in and then boom he walked over from the back. The manager refunded me £5 after disagreeing a few times.

Will not be visiting ever again. Rude manager and rude staff....

Atrocious customer service brother Ali is the only one with respect there, the other “manager” normally wears a cap and has a tattoo on his arm and cleans the floor which I believe he is Kurdish was very disrespectful as I tried to speak to Ali about him, he interrupted with extremely bad language towards me thinking as if it’s his dads house. I controlled my self as I was with family and just ignored him, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND at all the one staff let the whole place down other than that the setting is Beautiful. But why not get respected when you pay your money and just want to relax would recommend other shisha places which are on the same road and who have a much more respect for there customers I traveled 2 hours for a day out and it was ruined by the “manager” there. Should be embarrassed by the way he was speaking and treating me while the other customers were looking at him! IF YOU PAY YOUR MONEY AND WANT TO SPEND TIME YOU SHOULD AT LEAST BE SHOWN A LITTLE BIT OFF RESPECT! But unfortunately it was impossible for him to show that bit off respect aswell! WOULD NOT...

What an amazing place to enjoy, relax, good time having variety of Sheehsa, fresh fruits🍉🍏🍒 🍓🍑🫐, ice cream🍨🍦, cakes🍰🎂 chaye ☕🍵 and alot more🍪🥤🍶🍫🍬🧋. I have never seen such a vibrant🎊🌟 happening💢🎉 and cleanest place ever👍✨. The Management and employees go out of their way to entertain🥳 the guests🤩(as nbif possible).
