Noodle House — Attraction in Manchester

I was local in the area so decided to place a telephone order for collection this evening for 2 noodle boxes . One noodle box with chicken soya sauce , brocolli and carrots for my children and another box with chow mein sauce , chicken , brocolli, onions , chilli , mushrooms and beansprouts . I arrived home which is at least a 30 minute drive away and open the boxes to find that the box with soy sauce contained all the ingredients that the other box should have had in meaning that my children are unable to eat the contents of sed box . I called the shop to explain what had happened as I need to throw the boxes away and wanted to know what they intended to do about it , the actually owner tried to blame me for his error stating that I should have opened the boxes to check that he was capable of getting a basic order right he then proceeded to ask another worker who advised him that she made the boxes correctly because she would remember out of all the boxes made today what was placed inside each box . The customer service is absolutely shocking at no point did he take any ownership for what happened nor did I get an apology , he basically said he gets calls like this all the time . I’m not one for leaving review but need to share this with others as I’m in total shock with how this call was handled tonight and in all honestly the contents of one of the boxes looks all mushed together , this shop has completely...

I had placed an order for food through just eat with noodle house in Manchester. On my order I stated that my child has an egg allergy and i would require no egg and a separate pan for the food to be cooked in, i also rang the take away and double confirmed this with a staff member. i collected the food and came home and served it to my child. Fifteen minutes later my child after consuming this food became sick and started vomiting and had diarrhoea and complained of a sore throat, upon checking the food i had found that the food had egg inside. I had to give my daughter allergy medicine, and took her straight to A&E as she was having an allergic reaction. I then called up the takeaway and explained the situation to which the establishment kept denying that there was any egg in the food. I then drove back to the takeaway with the food and showed them the food which clearly had egg inside of it. The owners then said to me that the chef had made a mistake and added egg thinking we requested egg ( it was very clearly written on the notes no egg). the owners then verbally abused me and said it was my fault as the parent and that i should not have given her this food. Amazing Food and Exceptional Service!

I can't recommend this noodle Chinese takeaway enough! As someone who orders 2 to 3 times a week, I've been consistently impressed by the quality of both the food and the service. The noodles are always cooked to perfection, full of flavour, and arrive piping hot. The variety on the menu ensures that there's always something new to try, but I find myself returning to my favourites time and again because they're just that good.

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff. The service is super fast, and the team is always polite and welcoming. Special mention to the wonderful Somalian girl at the reception – she’s absolutely amazing! Her friendly smile and warm demeanour make every visit a pleasure. Additionally, the girls from India and Morocco are equally fantastic. They are always so helpful and attentive, making sure that every order is spot on.
