Chesters (Withington) — Restaurant in Manchester

Today I have order form Chester Whalley range super offer I have order it’s like a deal 1 pizza 2 burgers 6 wings 6 chicken pieces fries and 1 drink bottle. We always like ur pizza when ever we go to Chester but today I order ur food I am not happy at all I also call Chester after I placed my order I told them plz make it fresh and put everything what I have order and I told him can I talk w manger he said u can tell me what u want to say I am not happy the way he talk w me also we didn’t receive the Drink that’s not fear we have spend money and we got cold chicken and wings burger I am not happy w order and service, when ever my dad goes to chester they always give fresh wings but today order I got very bad I always like Chester but today I am not happy at alllllllllllllll. It was around 4:30pm 15 sep 2024. This happened w me 2nd time I think we don’t have to order food form delivery cos they always make it bad for delivery and so cold. Plz can u check on...

I was order online but it problem in the website , I went to the shop and they said call our number we not take order on shop that funny, I call on the number they said order will. Ready after 1 hour I said on website they mention it 20 min but they said it iftar time and lady off the call that so rude , I went to the shop and there guy was so rude , he said you order around 4pm then you get in 20 min, I said why your website said 20 min and why you not take order he said our system is not working and also he said it not thier fault it mean it customer fault who order them , anyway it my last time I went there and I recommend everyone to visit other pizza shops , Chester’s have worst customer elservice and very rude staff , hope owner can read this msg...

food is good but the service is a shocker! this is each time... so what happens today is i place a telephone order, guy says 15min, i get there bang on 15mins. i wait in the queue to pay for ny order and let them know im there. i SEE the 2 burgers i ordered at the top on their warming shelf.... so i pay, and then i have to wait another 5 mins for them to take other orders and give ppl their orders. so i ask myself, what was i waiting for???? the burgers were there, the fries would have been except he wanted to serve others. and then the guy actually wants to stand and argue!! like wth 😲😲 and then i ask myself, why do i even go back there- the answer is for my sister who seems to like the burgers but doesn't need to hassle herself with the staff....
