Waffle away Manchester — Restaurant in Manchester

I ordered in June at around half 10 on just eat. my order went through and they rang me to say we are closing so we wont get our delivery and they said it wouldnt have gone through but it did. So we rang them back the same day to tell them it has gone through, they told us how to cancel but we told them we didnt make an account with them so they told us to ring back tomorrow and that they would get it sorted SO, i rang back the next day, no answer, kept ringing them over the period of two weeks and still no answer at all. There was no way of me going to the place also. At one point after a long time of calling my brother called back and they actually answered and told us to show us proof of our purchase (reciept that it went through). Personally, i shouldnt have had to wait that long and when my brother called them again... no answer. So we paid for desserts that never arrived. I have heard so many good reviews about this places and how tasty all their desserts are but unfortunately we didnt get...

Really Friendly Staff, Wasn’t the first time trying Waffle away! The Waffle I got was my fave strawberry and Nutella , Pistachio Ice cream which was amazing and a Oreo Shake which was good! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! The food that arrived to me was literally nothing of the sort of what I had ordered and paid for and all had to be thrown in the bin and tried to call numerous times to complain asking for a refund and there was nobody to rectify their mistake.
