I’ve visited twice and both time for the tiramisu. It is a little on the higher price range compared to others but i’d happily pay again because I really enjoyed it and the portions a little bigger than other shops. The first time I visited, it was amazing, desserts were nice. This time round I had called up after parking right outside the shop and asked if it’s possible to deliver the ferry’s to my car as it’s filled with men inside and outside the shop. I understand it’s ramadan so there were alot of males that finished taraweeh and visited the shop. The boys on the inside replied back to me saying ‘no how you gonna pay’ i asked do you have a card machine by any chance, he replied ‘the wifi’s obviously not gonna work outside’ a simple i’m sorry but we don’t offer that service would’ve been fine and the guys tone was very blunt, making me feel like i was stupid. I would’ve taken my business elsewhere but my friend really wanted to try their dessert. It was very awkward for a girl to walk in as men just kept staring at us. However after entering the shop, they did take my order and give it within a few minutes which was really nice but there’s no need to be rude when a customer...

If I could give 0 stars at all I would. Firstly, very arrogant staff. They claim they have the best san sebastian cheesecake, and that they were the first to start off the trend in Manchester. However, this didn’t live upto to how much rubbish that comes out of their mouths. One, they are definitely not the first place in Manchester to start the san sebastian cheesecake off, and also the cheesecake itself is good but toppings let it down. Asked the guy make sure the chocolate is warm on the cake however it was cold. Also tiramsu is the worst I have ever had, very tasteless and bland. There is better places out there, and for cheesecakes you are better off going to the grumpy baker, who have the best san sebastian cheesecake. They are just a group of cons and imbeciles who believe everything that comes out of their mouths. Absolutely poor service, arrogant and know nothing about desserts. The place is lifeless, definitely will not be going back again. Need to stop bigging themselves up and putting down other dessert places. They should put all their cheap talk into their desserts then they might receive some recognition. Think they are better than what they are, honestly dont...

Honestly so disappointed. Placed an order at 22.06 via Uber eats with limited tracking as the shop was using their own delivery driver , and was told food would arrive by 22.30. It didn’t arrive so rang the shop , they didn’t answer first few times but I got through at 22.43 to be told that my order was already out for delivery. Bear in mind that my house is ten min drive max from the shop , I called back at 23.00 as the food still hadn’t arrived. No answer from the store , I called at least ten times and my husband also , have the call log to prove this , but constantly ringing out and then going to voicemail. Was fully expecting the food not to turn up and then at 23.30 it arrived . Delivery driver was very apologetic and said there was a mixup with the food. The milk cake was warm but average , the sundae was fine. But the karak chai was honestly disgusting , took one sip and couldn’t drink anymore , tasted like washing up liquid it was so bitter and nothing like any karak chai iv ever had. I understand delivery mixups happen but you should make the effort to communicate this to your customers or at least...

I visited Sweet Dreams and bought a dream cake and a tiramisu. The dream cake was okay overall, but the cocoa powder on top tasted quite unpleasant and cheap, which really took away from the experience. The bigger issue was with the tiramisu — I found a piece of plastic inside it. I messaged the company about it, and they initially responded, saying I’d receive a refund, which I appreciated. However, I never actually got the refund. I followed up again and was ignored, and after another message, I still haven’t received a response. I’ve attached image proof of the issue, but unfortunately, the lack of follow-up and accountability has been disappointing. Poor quality control and poor customer service really let the whole experience down.

Traveled specifically for the fresh tiramisu, it did not disappoint. It was delicious, creamy and the coffee taste was not over powering. It tasted more like chocolate which I preferred. Tried the strawberry mojitos too which was delicious. The prices were very good. Everything was so fresh. Il admit the place was busy and messy inside but they are popular so can't be helped. You Can only fit about 3 people in at a push but service is fast so worth the wait. Can't wait to try the matilda cake next. The lads working there are so lovely really took their time with their service and showed us the options etc. Try this place worth the hype 👍
