dixy chicken — Restaurant in Manchester

ordered just after 4AM. it’s now 6AM and it’s only just got here.

the pizza was so disgusting i had to spit it out, it was cold & overall just very unpleasant.

the chicken bites were cold and soggy. i’d genuinely rather eat the paper bag they came in.

the milkshake came uncovered (ew) & they didn’t give me a straw. most places in manchester put a sticker or something over the lid so that it’s sealed but this just arrived completely open. i can even see a little bit of dirt has fallen in. not that i could drink it anyway because there is no straw

i wish i had just hired a crackhead to go out and hunt and cook a chicken for me. not only would it have been quicker, it would’ve probably been more hygienic too

We ordered 2 pizzas. After a 25 minute wait they were served EXTREMELY undercooked, with the dough and toppings falling apart. After bringing this up, the staff members (especially the long haired man) were unnecessarily rude and did not accept that the pizza was inedible. After a long wait,they refund the money. We instead order a bubblegum shake, then AFTER 15 MINUTES, they tell us it is not available and opt for a Ferrero shake instead, which was served in a dripping cup that we cleaned ourselves. The only good thing was the cake, which comes from another shop. I would give ZERO...

Food was cold and chips were rock hard and also the grilled wings were not cooked properly and was raw. The food came 1 hour late. When I called them up they said that the Uber driver came late however on Uber you can check the location of the driver. The driver was sitting outside the Dixy for a good 40 mins they lied and said he wasn’t there. Then when I told them I have tracking of the driver they cut the phone. This Dixy doesn’t deserve to stay open. And should be shut down. The staff when I called them was rude...
