A frequent traveler who has tried all kinds of Taiwanese bubble teas. Here is my honest review.... It looks good from the outside but poor from the inside(I mean the drink). Orderd a Matcha Latte with red bean for £5.00 pounds and standard bubble cha for £3.80 M (no bubble for this price). It stated large in the menu but it turned out to be a medium one. The size is smaller than an actually medium size from other brands. Coming back to the taste. It is far too sweet. They wouldn't even ask you for the level of sweetness. The price is the most expensive in town. .it is way more expensive than Chatime. I should have listened to my son to stick with Bubble Cha next door...there was a long queue at the time. Don't come as it is waste of money and time. Please avoid at all costs. Not recommended at all!!

This place just recently refurbished and reopened. The bubble teas still taste as good as they were, and the new interior design is not too bad either. I really like their desserts but unfortunately I didn’t take a photo today, but there are mochis and cakes are really good and you probably can’t find it anywhere else in Newcastle, except the supermarket, but theirs are fresh. I think their services are okay but I mostly like this place because they have really good cheese foams.

Love how beautiful our drinks look like 🥰 Hanging out at Muacha is fun because of the cards & board games they provide while drinking our fav bubble tea. They only received card payment if it’s £5 and above. Please be aware there is no toilet as well. Aside from that this place is perfect to chill and hang out 😊 🧋Bubble Milk Tea 🧋Hazelnut Cocoa with Cream 🧋Mango with Jasmine Green Tea (fav 🤩) Mua Cha 1st floor 50 Stowell Street NE1 4XQ

The place is a mess , you walk into boxes all over the place then some dodgy stairs that look about 40 years old once you get to the counter it just has a bad vibe about the place I was worried before hand when I saw a 1 star hygiene rating and it looked that inside dirty, unclean. Then the people that ordered started to laugh at me after I ordered, so I'm not going to hold back on my review. The bubble tea here was stale and nasty, and the ingredients tasted like they had been there for months. I've been to near 400 shops and this is one I employ to avoid you run the risk of getting bacterial...
