Lovely Beach. Only downside is the no dog walking sign which is at the top of the access steps. This has likely been installed by a grumpy parish councilor who once trod on a dog poo (most likely on purpose) and now blames dogs for all the world's problems rather than looking in the mirror. Humans are the cause of littering, not dogs. Hopefully if the people responsible for this are denied a service dog if they should ever need one. However this is not enforceable so just ignore the sign and take your dog onto the lovely beach. Access to it is better from the nearby beach access points as it is less steep anyway. Best...

When the tide is out you can access the beach by the steps (so unfortunately no good for anyone with mobility problems) Once the seas out it leaves lots of little rock pools, some up to your thigh and the water is perfectly clear. Because of the rocks you can get a bit of privacy pretty much all around the edges.
