The Bridge Shopping Centre — Attraction in Portsmouth

I like the shopping centre but the young male security staff has a tendency to want to try to pester older women. They did it to me once. The next day I dropped off my CV. There's been no more trouble since. My CV mentioned NATO and a bunch of universities, but I should not have needed to drop off my CV to be treated with normal human respect. Everyone deserves that, not just people with impressive enough CVs.

Something similar goes for some of the former and present Asda staff. They know who they are. All your customers deserve to be treated with normal human respect.

There's an asda, savers, Iceland, post office, photo printing kiosk, and a nice cafe inside. On the outside of the building, there's a subway and a charity shop. There is also a fantastic second-hand book shop which is pretty big and has every type of book there. If you are a book lover like me, prepare to be there for a long while! They only take cash, which can be withdrawn at the post office or at the cash machines at the end of asda by the car park. Free parking and a petrol station on site. The Bridge shopping centre is a walk-through to & from Asda, Fratton. There are several types of businesses in there... An optician (useful & helpful), a Post Office (can get busy but they're very efficient & quick), Max Spielman photo shop, Timpsons, a second-hand bookshop (with a huge amount of stock) & a cafe to name but a few. The cafe is tucked in a corner but it has plenty of seating. The staff are friendly, helpful & efficient. Any food allergies... They'll do their best to accommodate you.
