Clifton Moor Retail Park — Attraction in Rawcliffe

On the 11/02/2019 I went into the new subway store approximately 6:00pm of which there were two young girls behind the counter who clearly hadn’t been trained well enough to be left unsupervised. I fancied a chicken pizziola sandwich on hearty Italian however I was told there was none of the bread I requested and also no pepperoni... I asked for a meatball marinara sandwich and after 20 minutes of waiting I took this back to my car to find they had given me a chicken pizziola with meatballs in ?! I was that hungry I was prepared to eat it anyway However I then had to go back into the store as the meatballs were stone cold in the middle. I asked the girls if they could try to heat it up more to save them making me a fresh one or me getting my money back. Visited twice in the past few months and both times the service has been terrible. They seem to only ever have 2 staff, one of which looks like Gimli the dwarfs ugly brother and has the get up and go of a wet sock. You can rest assured here that you will stand at the till looking around the store for a staff member to take your money for upwards of 10 minutes only to be treated like an inconvenience to their already hard life. Some of this I'm sure is down to staffing and the management of the store but it's not good all the same. The staff seem to hate being there almost as much as the collection of grumbling customers.
