Cool building with lots of ghost stories, the art leaves a lot to be desired however, I cannot praise the staff enough. They always welcome you in with a smile. I enjoyed having a coffee here and chatting to Rachel behind the bar who seemed to be on good terms with all their members. Un posto che non ha nulla da invidiare alle ben più note gallerie d'arte moderna e contemporanea di Glasgow ma che, stante il numero di recensioni e di visitatori, è una chicca ancora da scoprire da parte del "grande pubblico". Il posto merita - dicevo - per svariate ragioni: è incantevole e dà l'impressione di trovarsi nel più classico dei club scozzesi, lo staff è gentilissimo, è possibile visitare gratuitamente tutta la mostra e nessuno cercherà di venderti nulla. Il fatto di dover suonare per entrare può scoraggiare i più timidi, ma fatevi coraggio, vi apriranno con un sorriso e poi sarete liberi di visitare tutto l'immobile. Quasi tutti i quadri sono in vendita e i prezzi non sono proibitivi. Alcune opere, per me, hanno un valore estetico e simbolico e lo dico da gran detrattore dell'arte concettuale contemporanea.
