Would give a higher rating if it weren't for the service. It wasn't awful but it wasn't exactly helpful either, me and my boyfriend aren't from Glasgow and had never been to this store before but we love our sweet treats so went in to share a waffle and shake which both were delicious and well made so theres no fault on the food.

However when we entered there was a sign saying to wait here to be seated, none of the workers seemed to bother to come to us for a good few minutes and we felt a bit daft standing there. Eventually one of the girls came to serve us and wasn't very helpful, we asked for a table for 2 and she just said "menus are here, sit at table 18" Now I want to stress again, we have never been here before and all she told us was our table number and then walked off? We had to walk through the place looking at each table (feeling silly again) trying to find our table.

It's not a massive deal but it also isn't amazing service, especially if your not from around here.

But other than that, the treats were amazing and it was tasty enough for us to think about...

I visited this place for the first time the other week for a birthday treat after wanting to go for a long time and I was not dissapointed. When you arrive you are shown to a table and given a menu. Once you have decided what you would like you go up to the till to order. There is a large selection of desserts, ice cream flavours, sauces and toppings to choose from. I decided on the cookie dough with white chocolate sauce on top with vanilla ice cream on the side. The cookie dough was amazing and the vanilla ice cream it came with was the best vanilla ice cream I'd ever tasted. My husband had hot chocolate fudge cake with ice cream and he was also impressed. We went on a Friday evening it was busy with people of all ages. We didn't have to wait to long on our order. I was impressed by the interior of the place and particularly liked the nice purple and pink lights and decor. I would...

Was show to a 4 seated table. Had 2 adults n 2 kids. Put in a row where we were squashed in. Didnt like it. Moved to a booth. Was told not allowed to sit here. Said didnt like the table you put us at and i want to sit in a booth. Told again wasnt allowed to sit there. Was told i would have to wait till a booth became available. We were already sitting in a booth now that was empty... duhhhh. Wasnt allowed to sit at it. Rude staff and even ruded head of staff. Will never step foot in the place again, as a customer I should be able to sir where I want...considering the place was only quarter full or less. Read the reviews before going and thought we will go anyway and make up our own mind.. Should have listened to the reviews. They will all...

We passed Deesserts on our way to another restaurant. After seeing it, we ate our mains there and headed straight back to this amazing ice-cream shop for dessert. We ordered the strawberry sundae, the oreo sundae and a scoop each of turkish delight and peanut butter ice cream. The sundaes were amazing - packed with 8 smaller scoops of ice cream, toppings and whipped cream. The ice cream was deliciously smooth, creamy and full of flavour. And we couldn't believe the prices. The sundaes came in at about £5 and the 2 scoops of ice cream were less than £3. Our local ice-cream shop, here in the north-east, charges £2.50 for one small scoop and £6 for a sundae containing 3 scoops and 1 topping!!

What can I say......this place is heaven for all us sugar junkies everywhere! Having experienced this for the first time ever, I can say if it was closer I'd go back as often as I could. It's a bit pricey (waffles will set you back about £7) but the portions are large and the assorted flavours are amazing.....I never knew frozen after eights tasted so good! Staff are friendly and polite, and service is as quick as it can be. They even do take away so if you're eyes are bigger than your stomach you can take away what you have left, no problems. Perfect treat for a Sunday afternoon.
