Hsine Night Club — Restaurant in Scotland

We came as a group of 10 on Sat 7th for the Gals Day Out for my friends Hen Party. The Venue was lovely and all the staff were great and nothing was an issue. We had someone turn up late and the staff made sure to sort her food and drinks out when she arrived. We had someone in our group who doesn't drink and they organised non alcoholic beers and cocktails to replace the drinks that were included.

We all opted for the pancakes as part of the brunch and were really impressed at how nice they were. The show it's self was great fun with a good mix of performances and interaction from the drag queens and show girl and the butler in the buff was great too interacting with everyone.

The only thing I that was out of place was a few of the toilets lights were out and a few other small issues in the toilet, soap dispensers didn't work and replacement dispensers didn't work so was hard to get soap out the bottle.

Over all we had a great day and would not hesitate to come back for future events. In saying that the Hen of the party actually won a voucher to return for a future Gals Day Out which was brilliant too.

Was here in March 18 for my niece's hen night, great place for a private venue, we had the posh room supplied with karaoke, fab sized room there was plenty space for even a wee dance.. we had cocktail making first down in the basement, the underground club, this was hilarious down to barman's great entertainment, then up to the 1st floor to the Posh Room where we were served our 3 course meal. Starters consisted of haggis bon bons, tasty cajun chicken kebabs on wooden forks, potatoe wedges with chilli cheese & sour cream, nachos with dips, served buffet style so i had a wee bit of them all, main meal i had the buttermilk chicken with fries n slaw.. the chicken was amazing lovely n moist with a light crunchy batter, i also had half a prime beef burger which was also fab, on the menu was hot smoked salmon caeser salad, spicy bean burger or thai squash curry. Desserts if you had room was chocolate n hazelnut tart which was delicious, sticky toffee pudding or lemon posset with shortbread. We all had a fab time and what friendly helpful staff attended to us that day/ night, thoroughly enjoyed it...

If I could give this place a 0 I would I've just been told 6 days before my booking I've been double booked and it's my birthday and they can't even sort it out for me if they have a team that communicated with each other they would have none they had no rooms left and wouldn't have double booked me and took my money two weeks ago it's took them almost two weeks to tell me this now and realise this I am now left with no place to book so I wouldn't recommend they do not seem organised what so ever to only realise a booking on a Saturday night there busiest night is double booked I was told I can sit at the bar but no other room just like anyone can walk in what was the point in me making a booking and paying £250 for if I was going to end up double booked and for a refund I'll need to find somewhere else and pay probably another £250 for the group I have coming and my refund won't be in until a week so I'll be £500 down...
