This shopping centre WAS THE BEST AND ONLY PLACE TO BE AND SHOP as time has past it became a place to meet DRUG DEALERS must be honest since police and cameras were introduced they cleaned it up there are some really good shops still to this day I was there before it opened the day it did open still shop there NOT ANY DRUG DEALERS hang around but some of these drug addicts spend there full day in there not necessarily to buy drugs but to be with the only people they no this has also been cleaned up since became the lochs I have been apart of this shopping centre since it was built buywell as it was known my MOTHER ( DECEASED) WORKED there for years in centre grill cafe when the doors opened I MYSELF AND ME WORKED THERE AS CLEANER ,MY DAUGHTER WORKED THERE a very successful shop not only did the elderly loved this shop but people on low budget single people and people living alone yet when the lady Margaret through no fault of her own lost the shop people in wheelchair would come up to me asking where my daughter went and is the shop coming back believe me great benefit to the public to get this or similarl to it . It's a shopping centre in easterhouse that used to be called the Shandwick center, shanny market for short.... Then they renamed it The Lochs shopping center but nothings changed its still a boring old shopping center. But some good shops like food fayre where you can buy fresh sliced meat.... But watch they don't give you too much meat! I webby to buy a quarter of ham.... I ended up with almost a 1lb of sliced meat cost over £2 I didn't have my glasses so I couldn't read the price then when I get to the check out I only had a few things should've came to around £5.....i was charged over £9 but again because I hadn't my glasses I couldn't see the prices until I got into my car where my glasses were! But because it was cold weather I was in so much pain I just left.
