A lovely park with great views over the Loch Linnhe and Ben Nevis. Has a few seating areas with wooden benches and tables. Small litter bins available. The safety for kids, on top of the walls is the main issue I have noticed, as one can fall easily. No safety notes displayed anywhere, nor fences, so please don’t allow children to run nearby the walls or climb up! On the bottom side of the walls, nearby the water, there is a bench and most of the time it is a clean place. Occasionally people don’t respect the signs and make fires there, of leave some litter. The nearest parking is at Morrisons, across the road. Also a MacDonalds is there too. Situated only 2 minutes from the railway station and 5 minutes of the town center. Easy access to anything.
