After waiting 10 minutes to be served whilst all staff were seen chatting amongst themselves, I made my order and paid, (poached eggs on toast) and a tea I headed to the tea station noticed that it looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year, fair enough give them the benefit of the doubt as they may have been busy, I then went to find a table of which they were all covered in the previous customers plates I asked for someone to clear the table and no 1 came so I had to clear it myself. After waiting an additional 10 minutes a staff member came to my table and said my food wouldn’t be ready for another 30mins as I was working I didn’t have the time to wait so I asked for a refund at the till to be met by rolling eyes and the worst Attitude I’d ever had the displeasure of experiencing

I seen a review from someone complaining they had come to Scotland but couldn't get an english breakfast from here. 😂 Sorry to break it to you, but you're in another country - Scotland, and here you will get a Scottish breakfast. 👍 Food was nice, staff advised that there was a short wait ( I arrived at lunchtime when you'd expect a small wait). Last time I was at the cafe was 6 years ago and now just as good. Good value for a small Scottish breakfast too £4.50 for a slice of lorne, bacon, egg, tomato, 2 slice of toast, butter, beans and a choice of sauces. Will definitely be back again.

It had wild birds in the cafe flying around and there was bird poo all over the walls! I’ve never seen anything like it! Hash brown was served frozen and the toast had a really strange substance stuck to the back of it, which was not off the breakfast. It made me feel physically sick. Left without eating the breakfast and I can’t stress enough, DO NOT GO!

How on earth is this cafe not one that is due to close. Visited on 24/10/25, ordered two meals with drinks using self service, told to collect drinks at the counter. Waited 10 mins for the server to stop chatting to the customers, before being told we can simply collect from the hot drinks machine. Only paper cups available, selected a hot chocolate and only water came out. Waited another 5 mins for the same server to stop chatting up a male customer, then told by another server that the drinks machines have been broken for weeks - why aren't certain drinks removed from the menu if not available! Our food arrived after the male customer had been served his food (one the server had been chatting up) who had ordered after us. Food was cold, chips not properly cooked, eggs rock hard, pretty disgusting for such a simple menu. Restaurant wasn't busy, felt cold and was dirty, which was shocking due to the number of staff working. Have been a Morrison cafe customer for many years, never had an experience like this one at Fort William, avoid and go elsewhere if you're...

Entered the cafe ready to destroy the “Full Scottish” to be denied access to such a beautiful breakfast! This was Sunday morning heart break. Then reluctantly placed an order for full English sandwich. The woman on counter was giving mixed breakfast signals. Then when my full English sandwich arrived it was missing a crucial component THE EGG! When the issue was addressed to the chef they were instantly on the attack claiming that we had placed the wrong order. In disbelief I counter attacked claiming that she was wrong and the order was correct. A stand off was commenced Morrison cafe goers sat in disbelief of this heroic action. She fired the classic “have you got a receipt” to which we countered “we told the cashier to keep it” confused and dazed from our curve the chef honoured our request for two succulent eggs! After waiting an additional 5 minutes the eggs came with a defeated look on the chefs face after passive aggressively placing the eggs on the table she snatched out sacred order number flag and we had submit to the power...

I sincerely hope that those responsible for the management of this cafe read this review.

As a rule I don't complain about food or service when it is a little underwhelming but on this occasion needs must.

I have used several morrisons cafes and usually I am satisfied with the food and service, this fort william cafe is way below par.

The staff today were severley short in their numbers.

Staff we did see were trying their own PERSONAL best but it wasn't great.

When the food arrived it was lukewarm, greasy and undercooked, I would have gone back to complain but that would have caused embarrassment to the staff there that were doing their best.

This breakfast was shocking and I will not return nor would I recommend it either.

Management you are letting your staff down and the food that other Morrisons cafes do serve that are of a good standard.

We spent £17.00 for 2 coffees and 2 breakfasts which is disgraceful.

We didn't want a refund we wanted to be served a good...
